A delicious and filling winter soup with loads of mushrooms and vegetables, barley, and fresh herbs with just a pinch of cayenne and paprika.

Ingredients: Water, Pearl Barley, Mushrooms, Onions, Carrots, Celery, Diced Tomatoes, Zucchini, Garlic, Parsley, Olive Oil, Thyme, Bay Leaves, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Paprika, and Cayenne Pepper.

SOUPS WERE FROZEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER COOKING TO PRESERVE FRESHNESS.

YOU ARE RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT DEFROSTED - KEEP REFRIGERATED UNTIL READY TO USE.

DISCARD THAWED PORTION 5 DAYS AFTER DATE DEFROSTED.

Heating Methods:

  • Stovetop is recommended. When soup is completely defrosted, transfer product to a saucepan and heat ON LOW to your desired temperature.
  • DO NOT MICROWAVE in plastic container that product is sold in. If you must microwave, transfer contents to a microwave safe container and heat to your desired temperature.
  • Cold Soups – Cucumber Dill and Watermelon & Tomato do not get heated.
